Billing questions

Is Bricked free?

Yes. Bricked is free to download, and the free plan has no time limit. You can block up to 3 apps or categories, run 1 schedule, start focus sessions and see this week's stats. Unlocks on the free plan come with an escalating wait.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

The free trial comes with the yearly plan and is for new subscribers. You get Bricked+ for 7 days, and the yearly subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple handles the trial and billing, and you can see the renewal date in your Apple subscription settings.

How do I cancel Bricked+?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Bricked and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Bricked+ until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my settings if Bricked+ ends?

Nothing is deleted. Bricked goes back to the free plan: the first 3 of your blocked apps or categories stay blocked, your first enabled schedule keeps running, per-app limits pause and unlocks use the wait instead of the hold. Everything else stays saved and comes back if you subscribe again.

Why are prices different in my country?

The App Store sets local prices for each country or region, so what you see may differ from the US prices on this page. The price shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm is the one you'll pay.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly because we never see your payment details.

Is lifetime really one payment?

Yes. Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase of $59.99 in the US. It includes every Bricked+ feature, with no renewal.
